Circular saws with brazed carbide (HM) tips designed for professional processing of soft, hard, glued solid wood and other wood materials, as well as plastics and aluminum alloys. The saws are used for longitudinal, cross, angle, formatting and groove cutting. Designed and selected for specialized machining operations in order to fully optimize their productivity, while maintaining the required cutting quality.
The tools are designed and manufactured with a suitably selected blade geometry, straight or with an inclined inclined surface and optional chip flow. The wide range of teeth allows for precise optimization of processing efficiency. In addition, the saws, adapted for multi-cylinder saws, are equipped with planing carbides, the task of which is to obtain a smooth surface, eliminate the phenomenon of chip jamming and minimize burning of the processed material.
The saw bodies are made of high-quality steel using a special heat treatment technology, appropriately selected for the type of processing, the processed material and the parameters and conditions prevailing during processing, in order to ensure correct and stable operation of the tools in difficult and extremely difficult conditions. Different groups of saws have different types of sintered carbide, characterized by appropriate hardness, impact strength, wear resistance and intergranular corrosion. This allows for precise selection of the appropriate type of sintered carbide for the type of processed material and the processing method.

All types of saws are manufactured on modern digitally programmed machines by renowned world companies, ensuring very high accuracy and precision of the manufactured tools. Very detailed inter-operational and final control does not allow the issuance of a tool that does not meet the accepted production tolerances and standards. The design and manufacture are in accordance with all points of the safety standard EN/PN-847-1, applicable to tools for mechanical processing of wood.
