What is Raw HDF?
Raw HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) is a high-density fiberboard made from pressed wood fibers with binding resins, without additional coating. It is denser and stronger than standard MDF, making it suitable for applications requiring increased durability
🔹 Features:
✔ High density (over 800 kg/m3) – Stronger and harder than MDF, making it resistant to mechanical stress.
✔ Smooth homogeneous structure – Suitable for painting, laminating or veneering
✔ Thin but extremely strong – Usually produced in thinner plates, making it ideal for furniture back panels and drawer bottoms.
✔ Good workability – Easily cut, milled and drilled without crumbling or delamination
✔ Contains no natural defects – No irregularities characteristic of natural wood
🔹 Application:
✅ Furniture production (cabinet backs, drawer bottoms).
✅ Interior doors and decorative panels
✅ Laminated flooring
✅ Packaging and industrial applications
✅ Advertising and exhibition panels
Raw HDF is a strong, versatile and economical material, widely used in the furniture and construction industries.
